Data controller
Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by us in the capacity of data controller.
Personal data processed
Identity and contact data (name, email), customer transaction data (subscription, credit movements, generation records), transaction security data (IP address, session logs) and the visual content you upload.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide the service and to bill for it, on the legal bases of the formation and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest.
Transfers abroad
Some of our cloud infrastructure and AI model providers are located outside Türkiye. Transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of the Law.
Biometric data
The service does not allow end users to create a mannequin by uploading a real person's face. No special-category biometric data is therefore processed.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to request restriction of processing and to claim compensation for damages. You may submit your requests to the data controller.
