1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the relationship between the person or company using AI Fashion Studio and the service provider. The service consists of generating new images from product photos you upload, using the fictional mannequins and poses in our catalogue.
2. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Users invited to an organization may perform the actions their assigned role allows. The organization owner is responsible for the actions of its team members.
3. Credits and payment
Generation consumes credits. Credits are reserved when a batch starts, captured on success and refunded on failure. Subscription credits reset at the end of the period; purchased pack credits roll over. Payments are processed through Stripe or iyzico; refund requests are handled under applicable law.
4. Content you upload
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the images you upload. Uploading third-party designs, trademarks or photographs without permission is prohibited. Images containing the face of a real person are not accepted.
5. Generated content and rights
You own the right to use the generated images commercially. The mannequins and poses in our catalogue belong to the service provider; you may not reproduce or re-license them outside the service.
6. AI disclosure
Every generated image carries metadata stating that it was produced with artificial intelligence. Complying with the disclosure obligations of your jurisdiction is your responsibility.
7. Service level and limits
The service is provided "as is". Concurrency and rate limits apply based on your plan. Accounts may be suspended in case of abuse, automated exploitation or use that threatens system integrity.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose.
9. Changes and termination
Material changes to these terms are announced by email before they take effect. You may close your account at any time; upon your request your data is deleted according to our retention policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
