1. Parties

Service provider (the “Seller”): NEXVA TEKNOLOJİ VE BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“LoraLook”, the “Company”) — Bahçelievler Mah. Çağla Sk. A Blok No: 13 İç Kapı No: 5, Merzifon / Amasya, Türkiye — Merzifon Tax Office, tax ID 6312132900 — info@loralook.com.

Buyer: the individual or legal entity that creates a membership on the LoraLook platform and whose details appear at checkout (the “Buyer”).

2. Subject

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the subscription plan or credit pack the Buyer purchases electronically on the LoraLook platform.

3. Main characteristics of the service

The service covers generating on-model photos, editorial frames and short videos with AI from the product and shoot images the Buyer uploads, storing and downloading the generated content and, on eligible plans, using it through the Public API and integrations.

  • Subscription plan: offered monthly or yearly; consists of the credits added to the account each period, the number of users, resolution, retention period and other features.
  • Credit pack: a one-off purchase of credits that requires no subscription and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The name, scope and credit amount of the purchased plan or pack are shown at checkout and form part of this agreement.

4. Price and payment

The total price of the service including taxes is shown to the Buyer at checkout. Prices on the pricing page may be shown excluding VAT; the amount payable is always shown clearly at checkout including VAT.

Turkish lira payments are taken through iyzico, and US dollar and euro payments through Stripe, by credit or debit card. Card details are not stored by the Seller. The invoice is issued based on the billing details registered in the Buyer's account and sent to the Buyer.

5. Performance and delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the purchased credits are added to the Buyer's account immediately and the service is made available electronically at once. No physical delivery is made.

Credits are reserved when a generation starts; they are spent when it completes and returned to the Buyer's account automatically if it cannot complete for a technical reason.

6. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are offered monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period on the same payment method unless the Buyer cancels. Any price change is announced before the renewal at which it applies.

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from account settings or by writing to info@loralook.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the service remains available until then and no charge is made for the next period. Unused subscription credits reset at the end of the period; purchased pack credits roll over.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a rule, the Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the agreement without giving any reason.

However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, or for services whose performance starts with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. By approving at checkout that credits are added to the account immediately and performance starts at once, the Buyer accepts losing the right of withdrawal for the part already performed.

Nevertheless, the Seller offers the voluntary refund for completely unused credit packs and subscriptions described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. The Buyer's obligations

The Buyer agrees to use the service in line with the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, to hold the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content and to provide accurate payment details. The Buyer is responsible for keeping account details and API keys confidential.

9. Force majeure

In circumstances beyond the parties' control such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, widespread infrastructure or power outages, cyber attacks, general failures at third-party infrastructure providers and official decisions, the affected party's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure. For subscription time that cannot be used during that period, the Seller offers reasonable compensation.

10. Dispute resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or place of purchase have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. For Buyers who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Merzifon have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer reads and electronically approves the Pre-Information Form and this agreement at checkout. The current text of the agreement is always available on this page; the Seller keeps agreement and transaction records for the period required by law.
