2. Main characteristics of the service
LoraLook is an online service that generates on-model photos, editorial frames and short videos with AI from product photos. The name, scope, credit amount and features of the purchased subscription plan or credit pack are shown at checkout. How many credits each generation will use is also shown before it starts.
3. Total price
The total price of the service including all taxes and the currency are shown at checkout. As the service is provided electronically, no delivery or shipping fee is charged. For subscriptions, this amount is charged again every month or every year, depending on the period you choose, until cancelled.
4. Payment and performance
Payment is taken by credit or debit card through iyzico (Turkish lira) or Stripe (US dollar, euro). Once payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account immediately and the service is made available at once.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and services whose performance starts with your approval. By confirming the payment you accept that credits are added to your account immediately and that performance of the service starts.
The voluntary refund offered for completely unused credit packs and subscriptions is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Subscription renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, depending on the period you choose. You can cancel at any time from account settings or by writing to info@loralook.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no charge is made for the next period.
7. Complaints
You can send complaints to info@loralook.com. In case of a dispute, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above those limits.
8. Approval
This form is provided to inform you before the Distance Service Agreement is concluded. By reading and approving this form and the Distance Service Agreement at checkout, you confirm that you have been informed about the main characteristics, total price, payment and performance terms of the service and the right of withdrawal.
