1. Scope
This page explains how to delete your account for the LoraLook web app and the LoraLook Android app, provided by NEXVA TEKNOLOJİ VE BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, together with the data linked to it.
2. Delete from the app or the website
- Sign in to the LoraLook app or to app.loralook.com.
- Open Delete account from the menu.
- Type your organization short name to confirm and tap Delete my account.
The organization owner requests the deletion. If you are a team member and only want your own user account deleted, use the option in section 3.
3. If you cannot sign in
Email info@loralook.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify you through that email address and complete the request within 30 days.
4. Data deleted and data kept
Once we receive the request, your account and organization are closed right away. At the end of the 30-day grace period the following are permanently deleted:
- your user account (name, email, session and sign-in records),
- organization details and team memberships,
- uploaded product photos, generated images and videos, projects,
- store connections, API keys and webhook settings.
Invoice, payment and accounting records are kept for up to 10 years under Turkish tax and commercial law. Copies in backups are removed automatically within the backup cycle. See the Privacy Policy for details.
